Capping off a day-long Celebration of the Liberal Arts at Wittenberg University, the campus community came together to celebrate the achievements of students and faculty members alike at the annual Honors Convocation, Friday, April 6, in Weaver Chapel. The faculty commemorated the occasion in full academic regalia as the university recognized high achievement of students and faculty members in academic and co-curricular activities.
DePauw University's 179th Annual Commencement was held on May 20th. A total of 473 undergraduates were awarded degrees during the program, which took place in Holton Memorial Quadrangle.

A total of 12,594 students enrolled during the 2017 fall semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

Baldwin Wallace University's Center for Innovation & Growth (CIG) is pleased to announce the 2017-18 CIG Ratcliffe Student Fellows. The group of 33 students, representing 30 majors, will spend the upcoming academic year turning passion into opportunity via innovation, entrepreneurship and integrity-based leadership. The fellows will meet with global and local leaders in innovation, and work on projects that will give them first-hand experience.
University of Dayton students organized the 53rd annual Christmas on Campus, which brought more than 1,000 public schoolchildren to campus for an evening of crafts, treats and pictures with Santa.
Five University of Dayton students received the first Emerson Innovation Scholarships sponsored by The Helix Innovation Center on the University of Dayton campus.
